What is KBC-LEO?

The Kentucky Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials was created in 1999 as a state chapter of the National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials. KBC-LEO is a constituency group of the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC). 

KBC-LEO is a membership organization formed to provide a forum for Black elected officials and the community for the purpose of educating the members and the community through the sharing of ideas, experiences and knowledge. KBC-LEO is comprised of local elected officials, community leaders and professionals from across the commonwealth.
